Sorry, upgrading PLUS version is not supported in BASIC version subscription, you can cancel BASIC version and then subscribe PLUS version.

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds due to the significant costs associated with AI-driven processes. We incur high arithmetic costs, especially GPU processing costs required for model training inference. During registration, you agree to refuse refunds for this reason.

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Once logged in, go to your account backend, find Unsubscribe, and you'll be redirected to Stripe's billing portal where you can download invoices, switch plans, and cancel your subscription.
